The DCI Credit Technical Assistance Center is a division of DCI Credit Services. DCI offices provide pre & post-sales technical support services to DCI’s Member worldwide.

DCI offices are staffed by teams of dedicated Technical Support Engineers and Customer Support Service Representatives. These specialized teams have the product and service expertise needed to identify and resolve problems, troubleshoot system operations, and facilitate product repairs, replacements and upgrades.

Standard support hours are from 8:30 am - 5 pm local time.
