We had placed around a dozen open uncollectible accounts with DCI starting in Feb 2020 and as of today, we have received payment on more than half of those accounts! I’m impressed with how quickly these items got resolved! We had used out of state collection agencies in the past and they did absolutely nothing for us. I would recommend DCI to anyone having trouble collecting from their clients!
