DCI staff are always friendly and willing to help with any of our needs. We appreciate their easy-to-use online client portal where we can manage our accounts. We can submit new claims or inquire about an existing claim through the portal, and any further reporting we need they can provide! They have the knowledge and development to get the accounts collected.
