We switched to DCI about 1 year ago and have had nothing but success. With our old collection service we would rarely see any payments, however with DCI we have been seeing payments usually within a month. We also have not had any complaints about dealing with DCI from our clients which is a huge plus and says alot about how DCI handles collections. I highly recommend DCI.
